Task: New beverage processing factory

This project involved electing of cable trays, laying of about 100km of cable and 10km of pneumatic tubes. Termination of cables on four main control panels and 16 sub-main panels. Termination of all the instrument ie flow meters , PLCs, HMIs, temperature controllers and remote switches.

Roller drier refurbishment -Nestle Foods

This project involve reconstructing of a new control panel for the roller drier 11 motors , 6 safety switches and two emergency stop buttons. Installation of anew MCCB panel for the roller drier.

This project involved creating a recipe using a PLC and mixing a certain quantity of two ingredients in a vessel. The quantity is measured by the flow meters. The two ingredients are palm oil and caustic . Each ingredient has it own flow meter calibrated to it density in order to give mass . The quantity is set on the PLC . Once this is done the pumps for the two ingredent will start up and the two valves will open. When the quantity as achived the flow meter will sent a signal to the PLC to stop the respective pump and close the valve.

The third flow meter was installed to measure the amount of palm oil being delivered by the transport trucks. The readings are then compared with a deep stick readings. The fourth flow meter was used to measure palm oil coming from the storage tanks to the processing plant.

This project required that we install 14 cctv cameras in and around the factory. The cameras were connected in a fibre network system with a backup of a bout three months. The network system was setup using high speed ethernet switches via a fibre optic cable and CAT6A ethernet cable. A 64 channel NVR is connect to the system for recording. The cameras have night vision so they can record even at night.
